The vision of this sustainable private housing and apartments project was to create a thriving, sustainable community at the heart of NW7.
Phase 5, A boutique development comprising 149 residential homes set in the heart of Millbrook Park. Boasting 33 Three and four-bedroom townhouses and 116 one and two-bedroom contemporary apartments.
The thermal performance of the SIP system was a key driver in delivering low running cost homes and assured sustainability for the lifetime of the build. After all the primary goal of a sustainable building is to reduce the industry’s impact on the environment.
